Cowboy Bebop OST - The Real Folk Blues
Every time I hear this, or a few other anime ending/opening themes, I'm reminded of hanging out at anime club, waiting eagerly for the next episodes, making a nuisance of ourselves on university grounds, raging at Rurouni Kenshin's cliffhangers... good times, man.
(There may be better songs for this, but they are nowhere to be found on the internet, or didn't seem quite right, or aren't quite as good as I remember...)
